Attunements
Officers write each raid's attunement as a checklist, members tick off their steps, and everyone sees who's ready for which raid.
Some raids need a key, a quest chain or a dungeon run before you can even zone in. Attunements turns each one into a checklist. Members tick off steps as they go, and a single table shows who's ready for which raid, so you know before raid night whether you have enough people.
Attunements is for World of Warcraft: Forever guilds.
Install it
An owner or admin opens the Marketplace, goes to Add-ons, and clicks Install on Attunements. Attunements then appears under Operations in the sidebar. See add-ons.
Write a checklist (officers)
Officers are owners, admins and moderators.
- Open Attunements and click New attunement.
- Name it after the raid, like "Molten Core" (up to 80 characters).
- Fill in the steps, in order: quests, keys, dungeon runs (up to 120 characters each). Use Add a step for more and the arrows to reorder.
- Click Save.
A guild can track up to 30 attunements, each with up to 30 steps.
To change one later, click Edit. You can rename steps freely and members keep their ticks.
Tick off your steps (members)
Each attunement shows as a card with its steps. Tick a step when you've done it; untick it if you ticked by mistake. The card shows your progress, like "3 / 5", and ATTUNED once every step is done.
See who's ready
WHO'S READY is a table of every member against every attunement: READY, a count like "2 / 5", or "Not started". It's the quickest way to see whether you can field a full raid.
Officers also get a Checklists for menu above the cards. Pick a member to see their checklists and tick steps for them, handy for members who did the step but forgot to tick it.
In Discord
/attunementshows your own progress on every attunement. It needs you to have signed in to Spawnix with Discord once./attunement name:shows who's ready for one attunement.
The answers only show to you. See Discord commands.
Example: getting the raid attuned
Your guild is heading into Molten Core and Onyxia's Lair.
- An officer writes two attunements. Molten Core gets one step for the quest that opens it. Onyxia's Lair gets each step of the quest chain, ending with the key.
- You post in Discord: "Tick your attunement steps in Spawnix this week."
- Mid-week, you check WHO'S READY and see who's still a step or two short.
- You set up a group run for those steps as an event, and they tick them off afterwards.
Tips and tricks
- Write steps the way people talk about them in game. Short, recognizable names get ticked; long quest text gets skipped.
- Put steps in the order people do them, so "2 / 5" tells you roughly where someone is.
- Check WHO'S READY a few days before a new raid, not on the night, so there's time to run the missing steps.
- Use Checklists for to tick steps for members who did a group run together, instead of chasing each one.
- Keep finished attunements around. New recruits will need them too.
